Special Immigrant Juvenile (SIJ) Status

✔ Eligibility Determination – We assist in evaluating whether a child qualifies for Special Immigrant Juvenile Status based on the requirements, including abuse, abandonment, or neglect by one or both parents, as well as the need for protection in the U.S.
