With us, you can trust that we will help you achieve your goal of becoming a proud U.S. citizen.

How We Can Help with Citizenship and Naturalization

✔ Naturalization Applications (Form N-400) – Our experienced attorneys will help you prepare and submit your naturalization application accurately. We ensure all supporting documentation is included, minimizing the risk of delays or rejections.

✔ Eligibility Assessment & Guidance – Understanding whether you meet the eligibility requirements for naturalization is key to your success. We thoroughly evaluate your residency, English language proficiency, moral character, and any other factors that may impact your eligibility for citizenship.

✔ Naturalization Interview Preparation – One of the most crucial steps in the naturalization process is the interview with USCIS. Our team provides thorough preparation, ensuring you’re ready for the civics test, English language requirements, and any questions you may face. We make sure you approach the interview with confidence.

✔ Waivers and Exceptions – Certain circumstances, such as disabilities or language barriers, may make it difficult for you to meet naturalization requirements. We help you apply for waivers and exceptions that may relieve you from specific requirements, ensuring that you can still move forward with the process.

✔ Appeals & Representation for Denied Applications – If your naturalization application is denied, we don’t leave you on your own. Our attorneys will help you understand why it was denied and assist you in filing an appeal to the USCIS or the Board of Immigration Appeals (BIA) if necessary.

Frequently Asked Questions

We have gathered important information that could be helpful for you. If you can’t find what you are looking for, contact us.

In most cases, you can apply if you have been a lawful permanent resident (green card holder) for at least five years, or three years if you are married to and living with a U.S. citizen. You also need to be at least 18, meet the residence and physical presence requirements, and show good moral character. We review your full situation on your free consultation to confirm you qualify before filing.

Timelines vary by USCIS field office, but most cases take several months to about a year from filing Form N-400 to your oath ceremony. We help prepare your application accurately to avoid the delays and requests for evidence that slow many filings down.

Most applicants do need to show basic English ability and pass the civics test. Some applicants qualify for exemptions or waivers based on age, length of residency, or a medical condition. We prepare you for the interview and tests, and we identify any exemption you may be entitled to.

A denial is not always the end. You can request a hearing to have the decision reviewed, and in some cases appeal to the Board of Immigration Appeals. Our attorneys explain why it was denied and handle the appeal or refiling for you.

Send the next service page PDF whenever you’re ready and I’ll return its 4 in the same format. If you’d rather, I can also collect all the pages into one Word document at the end so you have a single file to hand back to the client.
